Administrative Assistant

Our client is an international company provider of integrated accounting and legal services to foreign companies in Bulgaria. For their office in Sofia, Bulgaria they are looking to hire an ambitious and self-driven “Administrative Assistant” to provide support to their professional team by performing daily operational tasks.

Administrative Assistant


• Participate in the coordination and editing of communications, processes and tasks that align with and support the overall goals of the team and organization
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
• Provide calendar management
• Provide customer support to corporate clients of the company
• Create and update complex schedules
• Provide back-up support to other assistants and supports others in the department as needed
• Plan meetings and taking detailed minutes
• Make travel arrangements when necessary 


• University degree 
• At least 1 of professional experience on an administrative position;
• Basic knowledge in Accounting or Finance would be considered as an advantage
• Detail-oriented, accurate, organized and reliable;
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Advanced Excel skills);
• Excellent English;
