Accounting Assistant

Our client is an international company provider of integrated accounting and legal services to foreign companies in Bulgaria. For their office in Sofia, Bulgaria they are looking to hire an ambitious and self-driven “Accounting Assistant” to provide support to their Legal team by performing daily operational tasks.

Accounting Assistant 

Responsibilities

· Assist clients in the procedure of registering their entities in Bulgaria and prepare all required documentation
· Assists clients in negotiating rental agreements
· Interact effectively with internal and external customers within appropriate communication means
· Provide administrative support to senior accounting staff
· Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
· Support accounting, taxation process and ensure optimal quality of all processes
· Assist employees and clients by answering questions related to accounts, procedures and services

Requirements

· Working experience as an Accounting Assistant or Legal Secretary
· Experience in VAT return procedures would be a plus
· Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day office operations 
· Ability to multitask and to working efficiently and accurately 
· Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Advanced Excel skills)
· Excellent English
