Data Entry Specialist

Our client is an international business consulting company which provides support to foreign companies entering the Bulgarian market. For their office in Sofia, Bulgaria they are looking to hire a bright and self-driven “Data Entry Specialist” to provide support to their professional team by performing daily operational tasks.

Data Entry Specialist


• Prepare and sort documents for data entry in specific accounting software
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms 
• Request missing documentation from internal sources
• Verify data and correct data where necessary
• Perform data upload with maximum accuracy and quality
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Manage legal and accounting documentation and correspondence in strict confidence


• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented, accurate, organized and reliable
• Able to stay focused on assigned tasks and able to work independently
• Previous experience with accounting software would be a plus
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Advanced Excel skills)
• Excellent English
