Our client is a hospitality leader managing two luxurious hotel facilities with over 350 rooms & apartments altogether, offering A-class accommodation both in winter & summer seasons. For for the daily management of their accommodation and restaurant facilities our client is currently seeking an experienced

Operations Manager – Hotel Facilities


• Oversee the entire operations of both facilities including human resources, housekeeping, security, public relations, food service, sales and finances;
• Deal effectively with customers, direct managers and staff workers while keeping the hotel running smoothly;
• Control the day-to-day operations - supervising the work staff and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction;
• Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests;
• Develop, maintain and manage relationships with work staff, clients, partners & business owners;
• Identify and address resource needs (people and assets);
• Supervise day-to-day activities of individuals performing jobs at the restaurant and accommodation facilities; creates schedules and organizes necessary staff trainings;
• Responsible for annual budgeting; , monitor the purchase / requisitions of each department, the accounts receivable (collection from debtors) and the accounts payable (payable to the vendors / suppliers etc.);
• Inspect all department for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture;
• Comply with company and quality standards and hotel classification systems; participate in the categorization processes;
• Collaborate with the direct reports – hotel supervisors and reports directly to owners and General Manager;


• University education in hotel, business or hospitality management, tourism;
• At least 5 years of experience in management of a hotel;
• Strong communications and organizational skills to address resource demand challenges; 
• Awareness of hotel classification systems;
• Experience with MS Office, Internet and Clock system;
• Experience with the relevant legislation in the industry;
• Proven analytical and complex problem solving ability;
• Ability to travel intensively;
• Fluent in English
