Novi Global is a global headhunting recruitment company.
We started our journey in Feb 2014 in Ireland. Ben Cofield founded the company having lived and worked in Europe and the US, originally working by himself. He then decided to share his knowledge and experience with others, and took on his first consultant before franchising began in 2015. He realised that by replicating methods he had successfully used for many years working with small and large companies around the world, anyone could simply follow his methods and make a very nice living.
For the good of the business, Ben relocated to Gibraltar and re-registered the company there, which has significant benefits for us and our clients, and wound the Irish entity down. We now offer many services with genuine USPs, making us the obvious choice for any company recruiting globally.
Our consultants and franchisees have worked with some of the most well-known companies in the world, and these blue chip companies trust us to deliver the best candidates in the most efficient and discrete way. Most of the candidates we work with are passive, they don't even know they are looking for a new job until we come along!
