Our client is a an international company, a Silver Partner of Salesforce, implementing external projects for customers in France and Benelux. They are specialized in Service Cloud of Salesforce with high focus on Contact Centers and integration of voice and digital channels. For their team in Sofia we are looking for an experienced developer for the role of a:
• Administer Salesforce Org’s of customers;
• Provide support to customers;
• Do adaptations on the configurations of Salesforce/workflows;
• Follow up on the well-functioning of the integrations;
• Develop the knowledge of Salesforce for the Support team.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator;
• University degree in IT or similar;
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator is a must;
• Good knowledge of Service Cloud and contact centers;
• Fluent English.
