Our client is a global telecommunications service provider with a strong presence on the Bulgarian market. For their constantly growing technical team, we are currently searching for a:


Software Support Engineer


Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement Data warehouse business workflows.
• Adapt and enhance the workflows based on business or technical needs.
• Perform and seek continuously improve the monitoring of the application environment and supporting infrastructure.
• Support BI/DWH application releases.
• Handle incidents (analyse logs, error handling, finding resolutions or workarounds within the specified SLAs/OLAs).
• Work with a ticketing system to resolve or submit reported problems.

Requirements:

• University degree in the field of IT/Telecommunication or any other relevant.
• At least 2 years of similar work experience.
• Strong experience with SQL, especially for data retrieving.
• Unix/Linux hands on experience.
• Experience with shell scripting and script languages on Unix/Linux or Windows.
• Fluent in English.
