Production Line Operative

Baking Operator

As Baking Operator you work on the production line and make sure that as many perfect products as possible are produced.
You are independently responsible for setting up and operating the machines, so technical feeling, relevant experience and insight are a must .
You work according to the quality standards and make sure that your workstation is always neat and tidy.
The main goals are: quality, sufficiency, safety and cleanliness. According to your experience you can work as a baking operator, chocolat-operator or coating operator.
Education In food is a plus
Work experience In food is a must - relevant! For ex: Kelloggs
Language English communicative
Driver's licence Yes 
They work in night shift or two shift so no public transport or they're willing to go by bike Personal Hygiene During work: no piercings, no jewellery or make-up, nail polish or fake nails + good personal hygiene
Personality Motivated and trust worthy, open and extravert personality Smoking Being able not to smoke for 8 hours (is not allowed, not even during lunch break) Extra Yes they work in night shift or two shift so no public transport or they're willing to go by bike,
Eye for detail Able to organize oneself Able to work in a team as well as independently
Take the initiative Communicative Dare to ask questions
Outgoing personality
Willingness to learn new things
People who show real interest in the job and so ask questions and seem interested in learning more.,
