An Innovative Materials Belgium Performance Plastics Company is part of an international group of companies with many different applications (ranging from the construction sector to plastic processing). The Kontich site (170 employees) makes high-quality seals and plastic bearings for specific application areas such as; aerospace, aviation, medical sector and Formula 1.

TASKS DESCRIPTION
You operate pressing machines such as PLC-controlled presses, where our raw material is pressed in powder form into synthetic semi-finished products.
You work together with your colleagues and shift leader, and you report to the production team leaders.
You closely follow the shift planning and you also fill in work orders correctly (any changes are also meticulously processed by you in our follow-up system).
You have technical insight and experience with mechanical work. Forklift experience (with certificate) is a plus. Safety is essential to you and you always closely follow the company guidelines. Good quality delivery is an important objective for you. You like to work in a team and you like to roll up your sleeves.
