As part of the EMEA Growth Team, the Business Development Director will have a crucial part in generating leads, building long-term strategic business relationships with clients and prospects, qualifying opportunities by understanding needs, and closing business through structured sales and marketing activities. Business Development Director for EMEA Region
Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities, generating revenue and improving profitability for the company.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Lead Generation teams to develop and implement short- and long-term plans and strategies designed to further product and market growth.
- Work closely with all Operational departments, including IT and Client Services, to refine product operational requirements to ensure they are met, and to implement new and valuable product features.
- Review activities of product lines and markets for strengths and weaknesses and take corrective action when necessary.
- Provide marketing advice and guidance to various operating units to ensure that overall marketing effectiveness is equal to or better than competitors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven track records in selling intangible services. Experience in and knowledge of the business process outsourcing industry is desirable.
- Previous experience in penetrating large customers vertically and horizontally within targeted vertical market sectors.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Strong communications and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English.
*Fluent in another European language would be beneficial.
