Identity & Access Management Specialist

Our client is a leading telecommunication services provider with a strong presence in the Bulgarian market. The company has over 20 years of presence in the Bulgarian market as one of the first mobile operators with high standards in the care of its employees and customers. As a result of their strategic expansion, our client is looking for an “Identity & Access Management Specialist” to join their internal team who is responsible for the implementation, administration, and update of I&AM processes and systems across companies on a Group level. 

The position is within an international team that will work directly with experts from the company headquarter in Austria and allows work from any point in Bulgaria. Of course, if the person would prefer to visit the office, they would be more than welcome. Identity & Access Management Specialist


Responsibilities:

- Reviewing user access management processes as SoD (segregation of duties) or role design;
- Participate in the role design and administer permissions within the IAM system
- Engage in role and permissions analyses to determine role/permission conflict potentials;
- Support the role catalog and/or maintain the SoD ruleset in the IAM system;
- Perform self-assessment process, quality reviews, and support quality assurance activities;
- Work on end-user requests related to permissions, SoD, or role clarifications;

Requirements:

- University degree;
- Experience in User Access Management and SoD (Segregation of Duties) processes;
- Good knowledge in internal control systems and authorization tools;
- Good understanding of SAP and non-SAP role and authorization concepts;
- Experience with the setup of SoD ruleset would be advantageous;
- Very good organizational and task prioritization skills;
- Willingness to participate in international projects on a Group level;
- Fluent in English.
