Key Account Specialist

Our client is an international leader with a significant presence on the global market. They are a manufacturing company in the elevator and escalator industry and they operate in more than 40 countries worldwide. They have an operating company in Bulgaria and for their expanding team in Sofia they are now looking for an experienced:

Key Account Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• Effectively manage and maintain the existing customer accounts.
• Take care of customer satisfaction by identifying their needs.
• Generate leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
• Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, keeps sales funnel data up-to-date.
• Gather relevant information about the market and the competitors.
• Stay current on relevant technology trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 2+ years of Sales or Account management experience
• Experience with technical sales is a plus
• Customer focus, ability to understand customer needs & propose solutions that meet them.
• Familiarity with CRM software - Salesforce or SAP.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Basic English skills.
