It's possible to achieve fees up to $300,000! Of course, most fees will be much lower, but depending on how Senior the candidates you work with are, $10,000+ is very achieveable for each placement.
We also manage all your back office operations, everything is included in the very low fee. You just need a laptop, and can work from anywhere at hours to suit you. Some of our franchisees split their time between two countries, and this is the flexibility you can enjoy too.
We treat our franchisees with respect, not by micro-managing, but by encouraging and working together. Our training and support is unlimited. We have affiliates, recruitment partners and consultants all over the world, and by joining us you will be able to come in and help us with existing clients as you build your own desk, in whichever industry you want.
