As a Program Manager overseeing highly technical projects, you will coordinate development and execution plans to enable innovative delivery outcomes on time and within budget. Your leadership will be instrumental in streamlining processes, maintaining organization, and ensuring positive experiences for customers and employees. Reporting to senior leadership, you will support cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning
- Collaborate with technical leads to define objectives, scope, roles and resource needs
- Develop detailed plans outlining milestones, workflows and schedules
- Establish budgets and monitor costs to ensure fiscal responsibility
Program Execution
- Oversee timely and compliant delivery according to plans and contracts
- Track progress and provide status reports to stakeholders
- Manage changes, risks, and customer relationships
Business Operations
- Lead project meetings, scheduling, and updates
- Oversee invoicing, expense tracking and asset management
Insights for Growth
- Input proposals and strategies based on project experiences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive program/project management
- Experience directly engaging with customers in a regulated industry
- Proven ability to facilitate complex technical work
- Attention to detail and skill in written/visual communications
- Experience estimating resources, costs and guiding diverse teams
- Flexibility to take on various concurrent responsibilities
Preferred:
- Security clearance eligibility
- PMP certification
- Experience with EVM and compliance in government contracting
- Knowledge of systems assurance, vulnerability analysis
