Customer Support Agent with Croatian/Serbian

Our client is a multinational company developing its regional client-oriented support center in Sofia. Therefore they are looking for a:

Customer Support Agent with Croatian/Serbian language.

Responsibilities:

· Process client orders and purchases delivery process;
· Follow up of orders' progress and coordinate with all parties mainly via email & chat;
· Communicate with external and internal customers regarding processing of orders;
· Issue invoices relevant to the client’s purchase;
· Comply with relevant corporate and legal framework

Requirements:

· Fluency in Croatian/Serbian language skills is a MUST;
· University degree;
· Very good English would be a plus;
· Good communication and organizational skills;
· Good computer literacy - MS Office;
