Our Role:
• Utilise multiple job board and CV search subscriptions to directly source candidate profiles for current and projected vacancies
• Provide resourcing solutions support to attract, select and engage great candidates into the business, maximising the use of social media
• Networking with candidates to obtain recommendations and contacts for active job-seekers
• Our Indian office runs ahead of the UK and Ireland, so companies based there and using our services will gain competitive advantage, getting their work done in advance of UK office hours, and beating the competition to the best CVs
• On average we will send you around 10 targetted CVs for a particular role from a variety of UK job boards, so you will gain an advantage from not only storing them in your database for future business needs, but also filling current roles more quickly - you could receive in excess of 100 CVs on a monthly basis
• We don’t work on a commission basis, nor do we charge placement fees - our goal is to support the resourcing activities of your company
