Our client is a successful IT company providing technical consulting services. They work with international clients mainly based in Scandinavia. Besides offering consulting services, the company is also developing its own software related to the energy sector. For their growing team in Sofia we are looking for an experienced professional for the role of a:

Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ business needs, potential risks and functionality requirements
• Create business, functional and technical specification documents and customer workflow documents
• Perform tests on functionalities and troubleshoot bugs and issues, executing test scenarios
• Assist the developers in understanding the customers’ requirements
• Follow up and monitor the whole process of software integrations, configuration and deployment remotely or on-site at customer offices
• Deliver training for clients and their end-users on basic use of the system, the newly implemented functionalities, etc
• Work closely with clients, developers, and managerial staff
• Evaluate risks and predict potential problems


Requirements:

• University degree in Mathematics, Finance or similar;
• At least 2 years of previous experience in Business Analysis or System Analysis
• Experience in writing functional and business specifications
• Ability to read code and understand programming concepts
• Solid experience with SQL and Excel
• Customer-oriented personality
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Willingness to work in an international environment
• Excellent English skills.
