Account Management Specialist

Our client is an international company, a Silver Partner of Salesforce, implementing external projects for customers in France and Benelux. They are specialized in Service Cloud of Salesforce with high focus on Contact Centers and integration of voice and digital channels. For their team in Sofia we are looking for an experienced professional for the role of an:

Account Management Specialist


• Manage the day-to-day relations with the customers, and execute tasks to ensure continues company success;
• Ensure that internal and external projects will be delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected level of quality;
• Assure that the internal and customer-facing processes are managed according to company’s standards and procedures ;
• Master company’s solutions and their overall functionalities;
• Reinforce company’s relations with its business partners and 3rd parties.


• 3+ years of experience in telephony/CRM industry, contact center operations;
• Knowledge in project management;
• University degree in Service/IT or similar;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Experience with Salesforce will be considered as a plus;
• Fluent English;
• Fluent French will be considered as a plus.
