Are you an experienced, organised professional with strong administration and project management skills? This is a varied role within a highly effective team and will be responsible for all aspects of data management within the Product Management & Marketing teams from the new product launch process, to ongoing marketing data management and data relating to product lifecycle management.
Following a year of impressive growth, my client is expanding to ensure that the central team runs at full effectiveness. This role will be supporting all members of the Product Management team together with the EMEA Marketing team. This position will need good communications skills, a high level of attention to detail with the ability to use initiative, manage own workload and ensure deadlines are met.
You will be compiling, submitting and maintaining information relating to products, so knowledge and practical application of Word, Excel would be essential to this role.
This role does not necessarily require marketing experience or background and would suit someone that comes from an administrative or project management background.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Tasks
Ownership and maintenance of all product & marketing master data and content in the EMEA ERP systems & content syndication feeds.
Manage the new product set up processes by taking the forms submitted by the product team and uploading to my clients ERP systems such as SAP and open catalogues / databases such as IceCat etc.
Own and maintain the monthly new product update excel file on behalf of the product and marketing teams.
Maintain, update and communicate all product and marketing content updates required by the sales & marketing teams within the business.
Ongoing work with the Asia team on ensuring all products regulatory certificates such as product weights and dimensions, WEEE and other EU regulatory data are available and up to date and available to the business when required.
Organise product samples to be delivered to new business prospects, for technical support and testing, to the sales team & for conferences and meetings.
Liaising with the global marketing team during product launch to support the localisation of product content across the EMEA regions.
Maintenance and distribution of ongoing product updates and communications as well as marketing campaign and assets to the channel sales teams when required.

Competencies / Attributes Required
Good organisational and time management skills
Strong IT skills, especially MS Excel
Strong grasp of the English language & English grammar
Self-starter with professional, results driven attitude and strong work ethic.
The ability to work independently without day to day supervision & interaction
A good communicator, able to work with all functions and levels of the organisation.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Foreign language – English is required, any other European language is beneficial
Ability to organise, manage time & work on multiple projects in fast paced environment
Measures / KPI’s
Product content is translated and uploaded to correct systems on time for each product launch
Systems are kept up to date and new product introduction and maintenance processes are executed in a timely manner in keeping with the launch process
Become the product data expert and a key point of contact for other departments within the organisation
