Technical Support Specialist with Italian and English (L1)

Our client is a leading BPO company which is the largest independent outsourcer on the Balkans. In order to expand their technical support team for a US software company, they are now looking for a FULLY REMOTE:

Technical Support Specialist with Italian and English (L1)

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to resolve complex technical issues and maintain high customer satisfaction;
• Provide technical support via chat with SLA (service-level-agreement) while ensuring that customer satisfaction goal is achieved;
• Take ownership of technical issues and work with Tier 2 team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary;
• Document actions in tickets to effectively communicate information internally and to customers;

Requirements:

• Experience as a Level 1 Technical Support agent, preferably in application support;
• Proficiency in English and Italian - both written and spoken;
• Familiarity with website building and languages - HTML, CSS;
• Familiarity with JavaScript, writing and reading SQL queries, experience in supporting web-hosted services, would be a strong advantage;
• Proven customer-facing communication skills.
