Technical Support Engineer L2 with German

Our client is a leading telecommunication services provider with a strong presence in the Bulgarian market. The company has over 20 years of presence in the Bulgarian market as one of the first mobile operators with high standards in the care of its employees and customers. The company is in the process of expanding its team and is currently looking for an experienced:
Technical Support Engineer L2 with German
• Help end-users in a German-speaking market with resolutions on technical matters related to Microsoft products (MS Office, Windows) and administration tools (AppSense, Netlogan, Penetration tests, etc.);
• Support integration and test processes for applications and software solutions, installed on client-side;
• Organise and prioritize work tasks according to ITIL methodology;
• Ensure that high-quality technical standards are maintained;
• Regular working hours, Monday to Friday.
• At least 2+ years of experience in similar technical position;
• Previous experience with providing support for Microsoft based products;
• Comprehension of common script languages (VbScript, Powershell);
• Experience in the ITIL work environment (Incident/Problem/Change Management);
• Very good analytical, prioritizing and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent command of German and English language, written and spoken.
