Our client is an international company that provides online gaming and entertainment services. The company has a partnership with more than 50 online gaming providers across the world. For their newly established team in Sofia they are looking for a highly motivated:


Customer Support Agent with Norwegian




• Support customers with account-related questions via chat and email.

• Collaborate closely with other team members and colleagues in the office.

• Assist in creating and translating content for marketing purposes, such as for emails, blogs, and social networks.

• Deliver high standard services.




• Fluent in Norwegian and English

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Has great attention to detail and is well organized.

• Ability to easily deal with challenging situations.

• Desire to collaborate in a team.

• Excellent computer skills.
