Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client is an international technology company that specializes in the development of custom software and R&D solutions across various industries: IoT, AI, ML, Automotive, Banking, etc. The company has offices and Delivery Centers in Romania, Germany, France, the USA, Ukraine, and a small office in Bulgaria. Their top-notch technical teams consist of more than 450 senior & mid level IT specialists (engineers) working on projects for some of the biggest corporate players in the retail, automotive, FinTech, & Robotics fields. They are an Intel AI Builders member and a Gold Intel solutions partner.

Currently, the company is looking for a motivated HR professional with a background in technical recruitment and great communication skills to join their international distributed IT recruitment team. The role is fully remote and is a good match for a self-starter with excellent time management skills and a desire to be a leading recruitment force on the Bulgarian market.

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist – can be fully remote

Responsibilities:
 
- To ensure a regular pre-screening process, conduct phone, communicate with Hiring managers, present and provide feedback to candidates;
- To work actively with our internal database system: status updates, candidate sourcing; ensuring promotion of the company's vacancies and attracting passive candidates;
- To identify and use the most appropriate sources, social media channels and job portals, communicate with staffing agencies when and as needed;
- To report directly to the Recruitment Manager and prepare regular reports on the activity;
- To explore all recruitment channels to identify and attract tech talents;
- To maintain and expand your personal network with tech people and tech communities;
- To headhunt for the best talents.
 
Requirements:
 
- At least 3 years of previous experience as an IT recruiter (agency or in-house);
- Excellent awareness of sourcing & recruitment strategies & tools in the IT field;
- Understanding of the IT field - trends, technologies, etc.
- Knowledge about the local IT business environment and its specifics;
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work under pressure, deliver results within strict deadlines;
- Personal skills - friendly attitude, positive approach and high level of communication skills;
- Team player, but able to work with minimum supervision;
- Fluent English.
