Job Description
We are looking for a General Manager for a company in Ho Chi Minh City – Vietnam.
Accountability.
- Identify near-term growth drivers, build a sales engine and scale revenue.
- Entrusted to hire and scale teams to achieve monthly OKRs.
- Build a strong management team by hiring, training and leading.
- In-still high standards and ensure high performance amongst all teams.
- Cross functional collaboration.
Must haves.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Hire A Players.
- 4 years working experience in Vietnam.
- Must be able to work effectively in an international environment.
- Have good leadership skills.
- Strategic thinking with vision.
- Set high standards and goals.
- Be a quick learner.
- Have an excellent track record.
