HR Project Manager - Asia
Job Description
We are looking for an HR Project Manager for a company in Singapore.
Job Description
- Collaborate with the Asia HR Team to determine and prioritize strategies and projects.
- Assist to define the HR strategic direction and develop plans to realize Asia business goals based on the HRBP team’s input and feedback.
- Provide both tactical and strategic support to implement projects and ensure the projects are kept on track. Report back to the Head of HR Asia Pacific regularly with status updates.
- Review performance indicators to assess key HRBP strategies and make recommendations to keep the approved activities on track.
- Plan, facilitate and participate in the HR process preparation meetings.
- Manage Executive Communications for the Head of HR as well as Asia Pacific and his team by developing presentations and communication materials.
- Lead project priority processes for HR and linked these to business and regional strategies. Review and evaluate and support project plans and objectives, budgets and priorities.
- Identify and assist to solve core problems and pursue opportunities within the business processes.
- Work with other HR Business Partners.
- Deliver activities from end to end effectively by leveraging appropriate resources and tools to manage project components.
- Maintain and update SharePoint contents and email communication groups to allow timely dissemination of information.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or an equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and Project Management.
- Must have a strong presentation and communication skills.
