The logistics process consists of various sub-processes and functions. Together with your team, you ensure that the process runs as efficiently as possible. What tasks do you have as a teamleader? * You will be responsible for a team of 5 - 20 people depending on the season * You follow-up on planning * You follow-up on your team, motivate them and evaluate them * You will train new collegues You and the team need to make sure good leave the warehouse on time and make sure inbound of new goods is done within 24 hours. Together you aim to reach all targets. On daily basis you report to your supervisor and operations manager. You will also be responsible for problem solving: you trace failures in inbound, outbound and stock and fix issues in the computersystem. You think critically about improvements that can be made concerning the logistical process. Besides these responsibilities you help the team with the daily tasks: * You will be involved in collecting the orders by using a scanner and manual pallet truck * You sort, count and secure the clothes; * You take care of the inbound and outbound of the clothing. * You will be busy scanning and repackaging the goods. * Dynamic environment * Working in a team of enthusiastic colleagues * Flexible worktimes, Education Not important Work experience Relevant experience as a teamleader in logistics is required Language Communicative English
