Role description

? Oversee onboarding 
? Market research for city expansions
? Finances related to invoices and payments
? Maximize retention by transmitting feedback and ideas to the Head of operations
? Promote new ideas to increase operational efficiency
? Supervise quality control

We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are willing to work hard, learn and grow exponentially. Candidates must be people-oriented, flexible and able to adapt to new situations frequently. 
? Bachelor's degree
? Experience with customer support
? Experience with data entry
? Proficient with Google Drive tools
? Experience hiring and managing people
? Lead experience
? Previous experience in operations, logistics or recruiting is preferred

Good to have:
? Has experience managing a small/ agile team in the past
? Worked in customer service or jobs interacting with clients.
? Bilingual (French and English)
