My client is looking to identify areas where the modern workplace needs to be better and craft professional-tier products and solutions for IT Managers, organisations and consumers to perform at their peak. We are looking for an experienced and passionate marketing expert to drive B2B end user demand and awareness in the EMEA region. We are in a sustained period of fantastic growth and as a result, are expanding our team to bring in a B2B/Enterprise Marketing expert. 


You will work collaboratively with the EMEA Enterprise Sales Team and the EMEA Marketing Team to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plan that includes a variety of ABM, digital, contentevents and other activity to reach your target audience and contribute to building new & repeat business pipelineYou will take ownership for managing the projects and working with creative, digital, & regional stakeholders and a selection of agencies to deliver high performing campaigns. 
 This role would suit someone from an enterprise marketing role, with good knowledge of digital marketing & CRM practices. 


This is a hybrid working role with 2 days in the office, located in Aylesbury, Bucks. International applicants will be considered, but must be based within a commuting distance of an office across EMEA. 


Principal Accountabilities and Key Tasks 

Execute multi-channel integrated programs to include, but not limited to, ABM, digital, social media, events, webinars & email to drive marketing lead acquisition and sales pipeline
Work with agencies (new and existing) to plan and execute end user campaigns
Develop a range of buyer persona documentation, detailing pain points and map the relevant solutions.
Support the EMEA Enterprise Sales team with customer presentations and pitches for key accounts, providing insight in to the USPs and co-ordinate events in collaboration with our alliance partners
Working with digital and communications stakeholders, build automated lead nurture flows and build reporting tools to track success against KPIs
Engage with end users to develop case studies to be used to further lead generation efforts
Reporting on key metrics such as ROI, MQL generation, conversion rates & more Utilise Salesforce and Pardot to drive engagement with lapsed customers and assist the enterprise sales team with hunting and farming campaigns 
Provide inputs into the Demand Planning/Forecasting process to ensure product availability.
