Primary Care Physician – Mobile/Field

The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for providing Internal Medicine/Family Practice Services to patients.
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Relocation available
- Total mobile role seeing patients at home, assisted living facilities and nursing facilities
- The candidate will support the Houston (Harris County) with occasional travel to the Fort Worth area
- Oversee a Nurse Practitioner in the field
- Provide medical patient care.
- Interview, examine, and treat patients
- Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention and early detection
- Assist to resolve patient complaints, requests, and inquiries
- Complete medical records (EMR) documentation
- Current unrestricted medical license in Texas and board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- DEA license required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires a MD or DO qualification
- DEA license required
- Requires current unrestricted medical licensure in Texas and board eligibility
- Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine
ADDITIONAL
- Provide relocation if not from Houston, TX
- Available to start within two months
- Mileage will be reimbursed for travel
- See 12 patients per day
- Strong communication skills required
