RPA Operations Specialist

Our client is a leading telecommunication services provider with a strong presence in the Bulgarian market. The company has over 20 years of presence in our country and acts as one of the first mobile operators with high standards in the care of its employees and customers. With headquarters in Vienna, the Bulgarian telecom is acting as a technical hub that supports many Austrian projects and the overall applications and IT infrastructure of their Austrian counterparts. This is why they are currently looking for an "RPA Operations Specialist" to strengthen their international team who develops, configures, and monitors automation robots, aimed to automate repetitive manual processes, improve operational efficiency and integrate a large variety of systems and workflows. It is a full-time position that allows a hybrid work model in a quite enrichening, supportive, and rewarding international environment. 

Besides experienced professional, our client is open to hire more junior candidates for this role, too.

RPA Operations Specialist


Responsibilities:

- Configure and schedule processes using RPA Supervisor;
- Handle process start/stop requests;
- Monitor process performance and automations using various tools;
- Troubleshoot reported issues to identify root cause and assigning defects;
- Test delivered defects to ensure fixes and prevent regression;
- Deploy workflows while following change management, security, and SOX rules;
- Create and maintain documentation on various platforms and supporting maintenance activities; 
- Collaborate with team members using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Requirements:

- University degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or other relevant field;
- Knowledge of industry-leading RPA products (BluePrism, UiPath, PowerAutomate etc.);
- Experience with Atlassian products and basic SQL knowledge;
Experience with REST Services, SQL, Python, Java, Javascript, VBA and/or .Net programming will be advantageous;
- Hands-on experience with Virtual Desktop Environments and monitoring tools such as Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk, and/or Cloud services; 
- Fluency in English, German would be a plus.
