IP Network & Data Center Engineer

Our client is a leading telecommunication services provider with a strong presence in the Bulgarian market. The company has over 20 years of presence in our country as one of the first mobile operators with high standards in the care of its employees and customers. The company is in the process of expanding its team and is currently looking for an experienced:


IP Network & Data Center Engineer


Requirements:

- Plan and develop parts of enterprise and data center network infrastructure;
- Engage in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the network & data center solutions;
- Diagnose and solve complex network issues;
- Take part in network migrations and support local & international projects;
-  Prepare technical documentation (solution description, high and low-level design, acceptance protocols);
- Assist negotiations with vendors and aid RFP/RFI procedures.

Requirements:

- University degree, preferably in Telecommunications;
- 2+ years of previous working experience in the area of Enterprise and/or data center networks;
- Proven experience in implementing and/or maintaining network infrastructure;
- Good knowledge of switching & routing, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IPsec VPN, 802.1x
- Good knowledge in the area of IT security (VPNs, IPS, Web Security)
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst Network or Nexus products would be a strong advantage;
- CCNA or CCNP certification would also be seen a solid plus;
- Fluency in the English language;
