CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

Our client specialises in outsourcing customer support services for German based companies.  They are looking for high level German speaking candidates who are based in the beautiful city of Valencia, Spain. 

We are looking to fill 2 positions. 

The first position is for a multi-award winning planet and pet friendly food supplement company.  This position will suit any pet lover who is passionate about supporting a healthy environment for our pets.

The second position will appeal to you if you have an interest in finance and technology.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
If you:
  • Have a high level of German
  • Have experience in customer service
  • Are confident with technology
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Love to work with people
  • Are able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Have good knowledge of customer service software
 
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be the first point of contact for the company's German customers so a high level of German is essential.
You will need to:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues.
  • Provide feedback on the customer's experience
