About The Role:
We are looking for an Online Trading Manager that will be accountable for the delivery of the daily operational standards within all areas of the online department. The successful candidate will be focused on our purpose and our customers, ensuring our customers have an outstanding online shopping experience.
candidate responsibilities:
- Be accountable for the online service team and driver performance
- Be a strong coach and mentor to your section leaders and colleagues, driving a high-performance culture
- Lead HR through the line including all aspects of the colleague lifecycle
- Drive compliance around weekly van checks and food safety
- Embrace and deliver change through effective engagement strategies
- Act as a custodian of diversity and inclusivity
- Identify opportunities and challenges and respond at pace
- Be able to have flexible work patterns
We expect the successful applicant to be highly experienced in delivering operational excellence. Whilst also being able to work in a fast paced environment ,the successful applicant must also be adaptable to change as well as having an eye for detail and an ability to execute plans first time. We are also looking for someone with great communication skills, great mentoring and leadership skills and someone who can work well under intense pressure.
