About The Job:

We are looking for a  Field Marketing Manager, who  will be an essential part of the field marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing field demand generation programs to generate new business, drive business opportunities, raise  Security awareness, and improve client retention. 

Responsibilities:

 
  • Develop the security marketing strategy and programs for the region, working closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Strategize, execute, rollout, and optimize new customer programs aligned to solution.
  • Grow awareness, familiarity, brand recognition.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to drive business growth opportunities:


 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically 10 years of experience in B2B field marketing and 7 years of experience in IT security within UK and Ireland.
  • Experience planning, executing, and measuring multiple marketing programs and managing budgets, agencies, vendors, and projects.
  • Experience in enterprise account-based marketing and developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Experience working with direct and indirect channels internationally
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems
  • Ability to work in a sales centred culture as a member of multiple teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic communication skills in both business and technical situations.
