Are you a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager who is looking for a new challenge in the Benelux market?
We are currently recruiting for a customer-focused individual to join an innovative and growing company based in Breda, Netherlands.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in developing customer relationships, promoting customer satisfaction and overseeing the success of customer projects.
You will be responsible for upselling a range of upgrades, delivering demos, understanding the customer's objectives and goals, as well as building long lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate will need to be fluent in Dutch and have experience in hotel sales or software, preferably for 3 years or more.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to easily build relationships and engage with customers. You will be confident in delivering presentations, have good problem solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
