We are looking for a French speaking customer support professional to join an exciting and fast paced team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused and have the drive to deliver excellent service to all customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a service-orientated, technical or customer support role. This experience must include dealing with customer retention and service recovery as well as adherence and improvement.
The successful candidate will have a passion for problem solving and be able to provide solutions to customer queries quickly and efficiently, using your excellent verbal and written communication skills.
