Customer Support Consultant German Speaking

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service that helps customers take full advantage of our company's products and services. You will be part of an emerging team focused on promoting and developing the brand.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of solid experience in a service-oriented, technical or customer service role. If you have experience in hospitality this is an advantage.

You should have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to solve complex technical problems. Your communication skills must be excellent and you must be able to adapt quickly to changing situations. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of the company's products and services.
