Customer Success Manager

We have an exciting role for a Dutch speaking Customer Success Manager based in Breda, Netherlands. This is your chance to join an international company and make a real impact in a fast-paced and highly successful environment.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing, retaining, and upselling to an existing client base. Building strong working relationships with key accounts will be a key part of your role, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work under pressure and strong prioritization skills will also be crucial in this role.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally within a SaaS or hotel environment. Fluency in Dutch is essential, as well as strong communication skills in English. You should also have a proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, and be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
